- 60ml Forest Gin
- 30ml Big Mountain Wild Manuka Mead
- 15ml Honey Syrup (50/50 honey and water)
- 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
In a cocktail shaker filled with Ice, pour all the ingredients in and shake well.
Strain into a martini glass and enjoy!.
