The Process

Our Gins are small batch distilled and by small batch we mean 50L stills. We use a combination of maceration and vapour infusion to get the best out of each botanical. After distillation they are reduced down to the required bottling strength with Tongariro Water from National Park next to Mt Ruapehu. Which is allowed to marry before bottling.

The Botanicals

We source New Zealand produced botanicals if possible, other wise they have to come from overseas. The botanicals are Juniper Berries, Coriander Seeds, Angelica Root, Cassia Bark, Walnuts, Dried Lime Peel, Green Peppercorns, and Green Cardamom Pods.
